Electronic Prospectuses Terms And Conditions

Investors are advised to read and understand the contents of the prospectuses before investing. Among others, investors should consider the fees and charges involved. Investors should rely on their own evaluation to assess the merits and risks of the investment. In considering the investment, investors who are in doubt as to the action to be taken should consult their professional advisers immediately. Hardcopy of the prospectuses can be obtained at our office and all authorized agents/distributors of TA Investment Management Bhd.

Units will only be issued upon receipt of a hard copy of the application form referred to in and accompanying the prospectuses. Applications will not be accepted electronically via email and/or the internet. The fund application form can be printed. However potential investors intending to purchase units must submit their application form together with payment either in person or by post to the head office of TA Investment Management Bhd and all authorized agents/distributors of TA Investment Management Bhd.

Each of the funds referred in the TA Investment website may be offered only to persons in Malaysia. The information contained on this website inclusive of the Prospectuses and supplementary prospectuses is deemed not be an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy units in the fund, nor shall any such units be offered or sold to any person in any jurisdiction in which such an offer, solicitation, purchase or sale would be unlawful under the securities laws or relevant laws of such jurisdiction.

TA North Asian Opportunities Capital Protected Fund is not guaranteed and is subject to investment risks. There may be a dilution of performance due to the capital protection structure being in place compared with a conventional fund without capital protection. The capital protection only applies to investors who hold their investment until Maturity Date. Any redemption before the Maturity Date would be based on the NAV of the Fund on that day and would be charged a redemption/repurchase charge. Capital protection will not apply in this case. Investors are advised to read the prospectus for further details of the capital protection structure.
