EPF Manual
Application for purchase of Units must be submitted by completing the account opening form and accompanied with other required forms whenever relevant.
The completed documents must be attached together with proof of payment. Bank charges, where relevant, will be borne by investors. The validity of the transaction is dependent upon clearance of the payment made to us.
The cut-off time of submission is at 4.00 p.m. on any Business Day, can it be via fax, post or walk-in. Submission received after 4.00 pm will be deemed received the next Business Day. Any application that is unclear, incomplete and/ or not accompanied by the required documents will not be processed.

- Account Opening Form.
- Copy of NRIC or passport.
- Proof of payment and copy of bank statement or bank book.
- For EPF investment, required to complete the KWSP 9N (AHL) Form.
- For corporate investment submit additional documents as mention below;
- CRS self-certification form – entity
- CRS self-certification form – controlling person
- Certified true copy of NRIC or passport or other form of identification of directors
- A certified true copy of the certificate of incorporation; memorandum and articles of association or constitution; form 24 or return for the allotment of shares under section 78 of the Companies Act 2016, form 44 or notice under section 46 of the Companies Act 2016 and form 49 or notice under section 58 of the Companies Act 2016; board resolution with list of authorised signatories and company seal (if applicable)
- The latest audited financial statement; and
- Certified true copy of NRIC or passport or other form of identification of directors
- Complete the Investment Form.
- Attached proof of payment and copy of bank statement or bank book.
- For EPF investment, required to complete the KWSP 9N (AHL) Form.
- For corporate investment, to submit certified true copy of board resolution with list of authorised signatories and company seal (if applicable)
- Complete the Transaction Form.
- Attach copy of NRIC (if applicable).
- Attached copy of bank statement or bank book.
- Complete the Transaction Form.
- Investor suitability assessment form (for switching to new investment fund).
- For corporate investment, a certified true copy of the board resolution with list of Authorised signatories and company seal (if applicable).
- Complete the Transaction Form.
- Attach copy of NRIC or passport.
- If transferee is new account holder, submit the document as per new account holder.
- If transferee is new corporate investor, submit the document as per new corporate holder.
EPF Online
- Open TAIM Main Website (https://www.tainvest.com.my/)
- Navigate to “Fund Information” and “Forms” to view electronic prospectus and the electronic application form respectively.
- Click to download the documents.

Applicant can open an online transaction account with TAIM via:.
EPF i-Akaun (https://iakaun.kwsp.gov.my/portal/member/login) – for EPF members only.
- Login into EPF i-Invest (https://iakaun.kwsp.gov.my/portal/member/login).
- Select the buy details accordingly and choose TAIM as FMI. User will be re-directed automatically to TAIM eInvest.
- Fill in the details page by page as requested.
- Registration – for login details (username, password and security phrase) to eInvest.
- Account opening (Personal, contact, employment, tax residency status).
- Declaration.
Applicant can transact via 2 ways:
EPF i-Invest (https://iakaun.kwsp.gov.my/portal/member/login)
- Login to EPF i-Invest.
- Click on Investment tab.
- Navigate to Transaction – Redeem/Switch.
- Select the fund to redeem and click on the “Proceed to Redeem”. User will be re-directed automatically to TAIM eInvest.
- Login to TAIM eInvest.
- Choose fund to redeem (Current Fund dropdown) and fill in the number of units to redeem (Units to Redeem box) as needed. Click “Next” button.
- Check confirmation and click “Submit” button.
- Check summary. Click “Done”.
TAIM eInvest (https://eportal.tainvest.com.my/
- Login to TAIM eInvest.
- Click “Fund Redemption” menu at left panel.
- Choose fund to redeem (Current Fund dropdown) and fill in the number of units to redeem (Units to Redeem box) as needed. Click “Next” button.
- Check confirmation and click “Submit” button.
- Check summary. Click “Done”.
Applicant can transact via 2 ways:

- Login to EPF i-Invest.
- Click on Investment tab.

- Check summary. Click “Done”.
TAIM eInvest (https://eportal.tainvest.com.my)
- Login to TAIM eInvest.
- Click “Fund Switching” menu at left panel.
- Choose fund to switch from (Switch From dropdown) and fund to switch to (Switch To dropdown) and fill in the number of units to switch (Units to Switch box) as needed. Click “Next” button.
- Check confirmation and click “Submit” button.
- Check summary. Click “Done”.
For EPF investment, no transfer is allowed.
A cooling-off right is only given to an individual investor who is investing in any of the unit trust funds managed by us for the first time but shall not include the following persons:
- our staff; and
- a person registered with a body approved by the SC to deal in unit trust funds.
There is a cooling-off period of six (6) Business Days commencing from the day your application is accepted or deemed to be accepted by the Manager. Within these six (6) Business Days, you have a right to request for withdrawal of the investment. The refund for every Unit held by you pursuant to the exercise of your cooling-off right are as follows:
- if the NAV per Unit on the day the Units were first purchased (“original price”) is higher than the price of a Unit at the point of exercise of the cooling-off right (“market price”), the market price at the point of cooling-off; or
- if the market price is higher than the original price, the original price at the point of cooling-off; and
- the sales charge per Unit originally imposed on the day the Units were purchased.

Cash Online
Performing the online transaction is simple and fast with just clicks of button. To get started, you need to completed a registration process. Firstly, have your NRIC and Bank Statement ready, you need to upload during the registration process.
Simple follow the steps below:
Procedure for Registration
- Login to TAIM Main Website (https://www.tainvest.com.my/)
- Navigate to “Login” and select “TAIM eInvest” (https://eportal.tainvest.com.my).
- Click “Register Online Now”.
- Choose “Individual” for new investor registration or “Existing Investor” for existing investor”.
- Fill in the details page by page.
- After completing the pages, OTP Verification will be sent to mobile number provided.
- Click email link and verify your email address.
- Wait for approval.
- Email and SMS will be received to notify registration approved.
- Login to TAIM Main Website (https://www.tainvest.com.my/).
- Navigate to “Login” and select “TAIM eInvest” (https://eportal.tainvest.com.my).
- Click “Fund Buy” at the right-hand menu under Manage Funds”.
- Choose Fund to buy (from the dropdown).
- Fund Name will appear with the Prospectus and Fact Sheet for view.
- Fill in the amount to buy and the investment distribution m ode, click “checkout: button.
- Complete the FPX payment details and click “Proceed to Payment”.
- Once payment is successful, you can download the receipt and SMS will be sent to mobile number provided.
- Login to TAIM Main Website (https://www.tainvest.com.my/).
- Navigate to “Login” and select “TAIM eInvest” (https://eportal.tainvest.com.my).
- Click “Fund Redemption” at the right-hand menu under Manage Funds”.
- Choose Fund to redeem (from the dropdown).
- Fill in the amount to redeem and the value of the redemption will appear.
- After completing the redemption page, OTP Verification will be sent to mobile number provided.
- Redemption summary will appear to show successful of redemption transaction.
- Login to TAIM Main Website (https://www.tainvest.com.my/)..
- Navigate to “Login” and select “TAIM eInvest” (https://eportal.tainvest.com.my).
- Click “Fund Switching” at the right-hand menu under Manage Funds”.
- Choose Fund to switch from (from the dropdown) and Fund to switch to (from the dropdown).
- Fill in the units to switch and the value of the amount will appear.
- After completing the switching page, OTP Verification will be sent to mobile number provided.
- Switching summary will appear to show successful of switching transaction.
No online transfer is available; however, investor may perform manual submission.
- Complete Transaction Form.
- Attach copy of NRIC or passport.
- If transferee is new account holder, submit the document as per new account holder.
- If transferee is new corporate investor, submit the document as per new corporate holder.
No online cooling off is available; however, investor may perform manual submission.
- Complete Transaction Form.
