You are encouraged to report any matters that are not in the interests of the Company, such as improper conduct, wrongdoing, irregularities or conflict of interests that could affect the Company’s reputation, business operations and compliance with laws/regulations. Please provide as much details or facts about the matter for us to follow-up and complete the investigation.
