Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Berhad (“SCBMB”) has been appointed to carry out fund accounting services for Signature CIO Islamic Growth Fund and Signature CIO Islamic Income Fund (“the Funds”).

SCBMB was incorporated on 29 February 1984 in Malaysia under the Companies Act 1965 (now known as the Companies Act 2016) as a public company limited by shares and is a direct subsidiary of Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited and a subsidiary of Standard Chartered PLC (the holding company of a global banking group). SCBMB was granted a license on 1 July 1994 under the Banking and Financial Institutions Act 1989 (now known as the Financial Services Act 2013).

SCBMB will perform the daily valuation and pricing for the Funds.
